Beginning with my phone contact – personnel are professional, courteous, accommodating, prompt and skilled. Most recent – resolved my heating system issue promptly. Several years ago they restored my power to my house after a storm. In 2017 Rucker techs replaced the entire outside electrical system and brought it up to code. I trust their technicians and appreciate their service.
